SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy:

 

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.​

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:​

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.​

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.​

 

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and carrier delays.​

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be available within 24 hours of shipment.​

 

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.​

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:​

  • Dropshipping Hustle

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.​ In its original packaging.​

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.​

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.​

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.​

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.​

 

Dropshipping Hustle Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Considerations for Shipping Fees Based on Size and Weight:

 

Shipping carriers often use dimensional weight pricing, which considers both the size and weight of a package to determine shipping costs. This means that larger packages, even if lightweight, may incur higher shipping fees. For example, a box measuring 18 × 18 × 18 inches may be charged based on a dimensional weight greater than its actual weight.

 

To accommodate this, our flat-rate shipping fees apply to standard-sized and weighted items. For oversized or overweight items, additional shipping charges may apply. In such cases, we will contact you before processing your order to inform you of any extra fees and seek your approval.
