Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be available within 24 hours of shipment.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. To accommodate this, our flat-rate shipping fees apply to standard-sized and weighted items. For oversized or overweight items, additional shipping charges may apply. In such cases, we will contact you before processing your order to inform you of any extra fees and seek your approval.
